I did not fail (I think) my ballroom midterm, despite my teacher's ever-lingering negativity in regard to her own students -- something likely to keep me from ever taking ballroom at that college again. If I decide it is a passion worth pursuing, I will wait until I can scrap the money together to take private lessons. Ballet, of course, continues to make me happy.. even if my body is so rundown of late that I cannot gather the energy to do my daily stretches, let alone run three times a week. I know if I could just get started, stretching and running again would make me feel a whole lot healthier, but I can't even bring myself to. Always something. No sleep, no time, you name it.
Send me an angel, u-woo-oooo~
It would be nice if I could catch up with my debts before something comes along to further throw me in the ditch, but as my luck would have it, the children need to be spayed. Student loans, credit cards, children, bills, my car. Oh well, one thing at a time. I'm back to keeping a running budget after effing up so badly the past few months.
On the bright side I'm not, per se, stressed. Or even particularly unhappy. I've actually been pretty relaxed; all of my worries are normal worries (ie, money, the children, my own health).
My mum and I are going to go see the Trans-Siberian Orchestra perform. That will be nice. I miss going to dance and music performances. They cancelled the Argentinian Tango performance I wanted to go see; didn't sell enough tickets or something. That was really disappointing. Anyway, my schedule of shows I would like to see (more for myself than anyone else):
